Claire Cottrell

Claire is an award-winning director and photographer with a portfolio spanning traditional advertising, editorial and publishing projects. Her work is included in the archive of the Film Department at The Museum of Modern Art in New York and has been shown at Palais de Tokyo in Paris and Galerie für Moderne Fotografie in Berlin. She was awarded a Cyber Film Lion at the Cannes International Festival for Creativity and her contributions to Everything I Want to Eat: Sqirl and the New California Cooking were nominated for a James Beard Award. 

Known for uncomplicated portraits of people, place and food, she has captured artists and projects around the world from Tuscany to Paris, New York, Los Angeles and Berlin, including Issey Miyake’s Makiko Minagawa, Maryam Nassir Zadeh, the pasticcerias of Milan and more.
