Brady is a filmmaker who is passionate about telling commercially accessible stories with social commentary.
After assisting directors such as Joe Wright and Lone Scherfig, he earned a place on the MA Directing Fiction course at the NFTS, graduating in 2016. His graduation short Sweet Maddie Stone won multiple awards, including Best British Short at the Critics’ Circle Film Awards. That year, he also launched Season 5 of Endeavour for ITV and was named a Screen International Star of Tomorrow.
Since then, he has directed for Netflix’s Top Boy and BBC One’s Great Expectations, starring Olivia Colman.
