JOHN SLATTERY, JESSICA HENWICK, ELLEN ROBERTSON AND MORE JOIN NETFLIX’S VLADIMIR

Shari Springer Berman and Robert Pulcini Set to Direct

Netflix have announced that John Slattery, Jessica Henwick, Ellen Robertson, Matt Walsh, Kayli Carter, Miriam Silverman, Mallori Johnson, Tattiawna Jones and Louise Lambert are the latest to join the cast of Vladimir, a new limited series adapted from Julia May Jonas’s acclaimed novel, produced by 20th Television, Merman and Small Dog Picture Company. They join previously announced Rachel Weisz, who will star in and executive produce the series, and Leo Woodall, who will play Vladimir.

John Slattery (Mad Men, Spotlight, Nuremberg) plays John, Jessica Henwick (Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery, Silo) plays Cynthia with Ellen Robertson (Mickey 17, Black Mirror, Too Much) as Sid as series regulars.

Matt Walsh (Veep, Ghosts, Novocaine) plays David, Kayli Carter (The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel, Mrs. America, Private Life) plays Lila, Miriam Silverman (Your Friends and Neighbors, The Sign in Sidney Brustein’s Window) as Florence, Mallori Johnson (Is God Is, Steal Away) plays Edwina with Tattiawna Jones (Murderbot, Station Eleven) as Alexis and Louise Lambert (Chucky, DOC, Ginny & Georgia) as Dawn, all as recurring characters through the series.

The Oscar-nominated and Emmy-winning team of Shari Springer Berman and Robert Pulcini (Fleishman Is in Trouble, American Splendor) are set to direct three episodes, including the pilot, and serve as executive producers alongside Sharon Horgan, Stacy Greenberg and Kira Carstensen for Merman Television (Bad Sisters, Divorce, Catastrophe) and Jason Winer & Jon Radler for Small Dog Picture Company. Julia May Jonas also serves as an executive producer aswell as being the creator and writer of the series plus the aforementioned Rachel Weisz to star in and executive produce.
