
Cannes Lions Gold for Merman Branded and BBH

We’re thrilled to celebrate a major Cannes Lions success for Merman Branded, whose work on Based on A True Story for Missing People has been awarded a Gold Lion in the Film – Use of Humor category. The campaign, created by BBH London in partnership with Merman, uses dark humor to challenge the way true-crime entertainment can turn real missing persons cases into compelling content, reminding audiences that these are real people and families still searching for answers.
