Merman’s New Audio Drama Intimacy Launches on BBC Sounds

Written, directed by and starring Lena Headey, with Maisie Williams, Hannah Waddingham and Alison Steadman, Intimacy is a compelling eight-part audio drama exploring consent, power and the personal cost of speaking out. Set against the backdrop of a major film production in Greece, the series follows intimacy coordinator Liza Simmons, whose dream job takes a dark turn when secrets resurface from her shared past with the director.

Produced by Merman, Intimacy is part of the Arc podcast feed on BBC Sounds, where it will sit alongside previous Merman-produced hit series People Who Knew Me. It is available as a boxset on BBC Sounds from 22 July and is broadcast on BBC Radio 4 at 11pm on Monday nights, starting 27 July.
